Owned and operated by Gardner L. Chapman a
builder/developer. For over 45 years Gardner has owned
and managed apartment communities in the state of
Connecticut. Branching out his successful business into
a new geographic territory, he founded Carrollton
Properties in 1989. Sharon Cassidy and her caring staff
supervise his Texas holdings. Her successes can be
contributed to her belief that through consistent
training and supplemented education, her staff can
better serve the needs of the residents.
